Refund policy

FrunkVault products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, free of damage from installation misuse, and include original packaging where possible.

To start a return, contact hello@frunkvault.com with your order number and checkout email, or visit frunkvault.com/returns. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the return address. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund timing after processing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. If your FrunkVault arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
